Reliable, timely service
Mini’s are not like other cars and not just any mechanic can work on them. They’re trained staff I can always trust. Wasn’t ready when promised, but working in the auto industry I understand parts are hard to get for some nowadays. They worked with my extended warranty and now my mini is happy again.
Great service and always with a smile and customer first attitude. The concierge service is exceptional as I live 120 miles away! Prompt and comprehensive communications, too!😉

I love the Mini of Loveland for all my Mini Maintenance. They have a great showroom and provide a wonderful place to wait for your routine maintenance to be completed. The team there is ways super helpful and friendly. It's great that they also provide a beverage and some snacks while you wait.
Oil change went great, they found my battery wasn't reaching the correct voltage which meant it was likely going to die soonish. They were able to squeeze in a battery change and get me on my way quickly
Service on my 2016 was smooth. I recommend using this service center. They have always done an excellent job. I only use these guys for service on my Mini.

Mini of Loveland completed my Countryman’s oil change yesterday. The service advisor , Miles, kept me updated as to progress and explained the process perfectly. The services, included: tire rotation, oil change, a complete inspection and diagnostic, was completed very timely (1hours and 39 minutes), including a surprise car detailing at the end. This was the fastest and most complete service I have ever had in my Mini ownership experience(s), started in 2010! I highly recommend any Mini owners use Mini of Loveland for your car’s maintenance needs!

Great Mini dealership! Did my research online when I found what I was looking for on their website. When I went in it was a great experience because we did a test drive, they evaluated my trade in, made a fair offer with minimal back and forth, and it all took just over 2 hours from arrival to driving away in my new Mini! This is our 5th Mini since 2014 from them and we’ve always had a good experience. Their service department is also top notch!

I just finished out a lease with Mini of Loveland on a Mini Cooper SE. Working with Alex and people on his team such as Dylan, Jacob, Stan, Sheila, and Tony was fantastic. Efficient and professional service on my Mini.
My daughter bought her first new car this weekend from Mini of Loveland. She started looking last fall and Jacob respectfully kept in touch over several months. As always, my experience at the service counter was excellent. Isaac and Miles were friendly and helpful when I checked my car in, and upon payment after the service was completed. With regard to the questions I had, they made sure they were answered by a service technician when they didn't have the answers themselves. Everything went smoothly and efficiently.
