Mini of Loveland completed my Countryman’s oil change yesterday. The service advisor , Isaac, kept me updated as to progress and explained the process perfectly. The services, included: new wipers, cabin air filter, key fob batteries, a complete inspection and diagnostic, was completed very timely (2 hours and 25 minutes), including a surprise car detailing at the end. This was the fastest and most complete service I have ever had in my Mini ownership experience(s), started in 2010! I highly recommend any Mini owners use Mini of Loveland for your car’s maintenance needs!

Great Mini dealership! Did my research online when I found what I was looking for on their website. When I went in it was a great experience because we did a test drive, they evaluated my trade in, made a fair offer with minimal back and forth, and it all took just over 2 hours from arrival to driving away in my new Mini! This is our 5th Mini since 2014 from them and we’ve always had a good experience. Their service department is also top notch!

I just finished out a lease with Mini of Loveland on a Mini Cooper SE. Working with Alex and people on his team such as Dylan, Jacob, Stan, Sheila, and Tony was fantastic. Efficient and professional service on my Mini.
My daughter bought her first new car this weekend from Mini of Loveland. She started looking last fall and Jacob respectfully kept in touch over several months. As always, my experience at the service counter was excellent. Isaac and Miles were friendly and helpful when I checked my car in, and upon payment after the service was completed. With regard to the questions I had, they made sure they were answered by a service technician when they didn't have the answers themselves. Everything went smoothly and efficiently.
