I would reccomend this sales team to anyone. we built exactly what I wanted. No pressure to add what I didn't need. Kept me informed during the build and delivery. At delivery we spent more time going through the car and operation than was spent on the paperwork. That was very impressive to me. Also after sale followup is very good.     "Can't belive the sales person (Shelly MacDonald) took the time to pick me up and take me to the dealership. Above what any car dealer has ever done for me. I was going to purchase at the Ralph Schomp dealership but they were so slow in getting information back to me and the lease price was much higher. Mini of Loveland answered all information the same day and their lease price was great.     "What a great time I had ordering my mini countryman with Chuck Hong! He was so helpful in advising me on the mini I built on the minicooper website. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted. When the car came in, he shared in my excitement at what a beauty she was. He then explained all the features and even loaded my phone (and my husbands) into the Bluetooth.
